What Is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?

CBT is a traditional form of psycho-social intervention or talk therapy where we challenge and change unhelpful inner dialogues, address subconscious limiting beliefs, improve emotional regulation, and develop personal coping strategies to more effectively deal with life’s ups and downs.

What Is EMDR?

EMDR is a form of psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma and other mental health issues such as anxiety, lack of self worth, and grief to name a few.

What is Somatic Experiencing?

Some clients experience somatic sensations (actual physical feelings and movements) when they are remembering a traumatic past event. SE is a form of alternative therapy that aims to relieve these somatic symptoms by focusing on how they are manifesting in the client’s body.

What is Integratative Body Psychotherapy?

IBP is a form of psychotherapy where we approach the client from a holistic perspective. During this form of therapy, we view the psychological, emotional, spiritual, and physiological aspects of a person’s experience and consider them all important pieces to healing and wholeness.

What is Past Life Regression (PLR)?

PLR is a gentle form of hypnosis that is used to heal and transform entrenched emotional issues, patterns, sabotaging thoughts, and behaviours. It can heal physical pain and ailments and unlock gifts, life purpose and life lessons. PLR takes you back to a past life where there is something important for you to learn and potentially heal from. Most people find that if they understand a past experience and gain more insight into why things are happening, they can clear emotional and physical issues in the present.
